Bende opens in Ocean Shores

With the recent opening of No Bones vegan restaurant in Ocean Shores, as well as Clear Light Saunas HQ now located here, Ocean Shores is flourishing! News is that Bende Byron, one of the best barre, mat and pilates refomer and yin yoga studios is also opening  in Ocean Shores!  Bende is famed for its fabulously fun, high intensity and often challenging classes led by expert teachers.

Owner is Emma Seibold, founder and creator of Bende and Barre Body, Australia’s first barre and yoga fusion technique. Barre Body has flourished since its inception in 2012, with studios across Australia, a thriving global online platform, world-class teacher training programs, and a cult following.
