Olé Wellness Pilates and Massage

Align your spine, mind and soul – combine your Pilates session with a soothing massage

Previously located in Bangalow, co-founders Kevin Privett and Christian Munoz have moved their services to Lismore.

Your Pilates class is delivered by Kevin who performs a thorough consultation before the session. He focuses on strengthening core, alignment and posture as well as resolving any issues and injuries. An optional remedial massage can be booked with the talented Christian –  select from Remedial, Sports or Relaxation (our massage felt like soothing waves across our skin).

Simply put, these guys rock it! Kevin is a fully qualified Studio Pilates teacher and a registered Remedial Massage Therapist (Dip.Rem.Mass). He has over 15 years teaching experience and has worked for the health support team for both the Australian Ballet and Bangarra Dance Theatre.  Christian is a fully qualified Pilates teacher as well as a registered Remedial Massage Therapist (Dip.Rem.Mass).

The Space
The studio features a Reformer Tower including the Pilates Box, Jump Board, Spine Corrector and Studio Pilates Small Apparatus.  The massage space is a cozy set-up (with a beautiful playlist to boot). Olé Wellness is modest, individualised and personal!
