Heat Yoga – Byron Bay
We love the warm-hearted vibe at Heat, Byron Bay’s premier heated yoga studio. Indeed, the warmth of the studio feels so lovely on cooler days and dramatically improves one’s flexibility. Yoga classes to explore at Heat include Bikram, Yin and Vinyasa. For a restorative class, we recommend ‘Roll and Release’ where you use various props that help one deepen into the layers of the muscle fibre and connective tissue – ideal if you suffer body pain and injuries.

We love the yoga space at Temple Byron not only for the variety of classes and workshops (they host Byron Katie group workshops here every Friday) but also its magical setting. Located at Temple Byron, the yoga hall is surrounded by the most beautiful forest grounds infused with crystals and water fountains. It’s truly one of the most sacred yoga spaces in the region.
