HeatByron Bay
We love the warm-h earted vibe at Heat, Byron Bay’s premier heated yoga studio. Indeed, the warmth of the studio feels so lovely on cooler days and dramatically improves one’s flexibility. Yoga classes to explore at Heat include Bikram, Yin and Vinyasa. For a restorative class, we recommend ‘Roll and Release’ where you use various props that help one deepen into the layers of the muscle fibre and connective tissue – ideal if you suffer body pain and injuries.
